Tommy Armstrong was a state legislator in Louisiana. A Republican he served in the Louisiana House of Representatives.
Armstrong was elected in 1991 to the house to fill the seat vacated by Bobby Waddell to serve district 4.[1] He had previously held a seat on the Caddo Parish commission but resigned when elected to the house and his wife, Ginger Armstrong, was appointed to fill that position.[1]
